Coverage:

• Frames & Steel Fork: Lifetime for original owner
• All Other Parts & Accessories: 1 year
• E-Bike Components:
  • Frame & Fork: Lifetime
  • Motor & Controller: 2 years
  • Battery: 2 years or 500 full charge cycles
  • All other parts: 2 years

Note: E-bike motor and battery claims are handled directly by Bosch. Contact Bosch support.

What's Not Covered:

• Improper assembly or maintenance 
• Modifications or motor kits 
• Stunt riding or racing 
• Wear-and-tear or cosmetic damage 
• Non-recreational or rental use
