We want you to love your Batch Bicycle. If something's not quite right, here's how to make a return:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required
• Email info@batchbicycles.com for return authorization
• Refunds go to the original payment method
• Customers cover return shipping costs

If your bike arrives damaged or missing parts, please contact us at info@batchbicycles.com within 24 hours.

Need to cancel an order?

Email us at info@batchbicycles.com with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line within 1 hour of placing your order.
