We understand the importance of the right bicycle and the correct fit. We want you to love your Batch Bicycle. To make a return, please follow these guidelines:
To qualify for a return:
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
The item(s) must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
Proof of purchase required.
A refund will be applied to the original card used in the transaction.
Return to Batch Bicycle retailer:
Bring your order, with proof of purchase, to your local Batch Bicycle retailer. Bike returns must be returned to the local Batch Bicycle retailer who assembled your bike.
Bikes can be returned within 30 days if in new and unused condition. When you purchase your bicycle your Batch Bicycle retailer will review the purchase with you and make sure it meets your expectations. Questions regarding your purchase should be directed to the Batch Bicycle retailer of delivery. Batch Bicycle warehouses will not accept returned bikes.

Bicycle damaged or missing parts:
If your Batch Bicycle arrives damaged or is missing parts, contact Batch at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours.
Online order Cancellation Policy:
Batch processes orders quickly, shipping from our distribution centers as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact Huffy within ONE HOUR of placing the order. Send us an email at email@example.com, as quickly as possible with “Order Cancellation” in the Subject Line. Cancellations made after one hour may not be accepted due to order processing.
