We want you to love your Batch Bicycle. If something's not quite right, here’s how to make a return:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
- Email info@batchbicycles.com for return authorization
- Refunds go to the original payment method
- Customers cover return shipping costs
If your bike arrives damaged or missing parts, please contact us at info@batchbicycles.com within 24 hours.
Need to cancel an order? Email us at info@batchbicycles.com with “Order Cancellation” in the subject line within 1 hour of placing your order.
